  1.     This command will let you view a list of PubColour(TM) codes.  PubColour
  2. codes are special codes that you can use within The Online Pub to change the
  3. colour of the text you are sending.  Unless your sysop has disallowed PubColour
  4. in certain places, PubColour will work in chat text, whispers, directed
  5. messages, general actions, and even handles and entry/exit messages.  In short,
  6. it works everywhere in TOP!  To get more information about PubColour, simply
  7. enter the command like this:

  11.     NOTE:  The alternate spelling, COLORHELP, will also work.
